Your account
This page is for anyone with an EstateCopilot account — landlords, tenants, artisans and estate agents — on the EstateCopilot app (iOS and Android) or at estatecopilot.org. EstateCopilot is provided by B.S.O.E LTD.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Email john@bsoedu.org from the email address on your account (or tell us the phone number you sign in with) with the subject “Delete my EstateCopilot account”. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days. You can also ask us to delete only some of your data — for example a photo or a voice note — without closing your account.

| Your sign-in details (email, phone, password), your profile, your push-notification tokens, and your access to the app and website. For artisans: your public directory listing, trades, work photos and identity-check records. For stay guests: the student ID photo and sponsor details on your bookings, on request. | Records we must keep by law or to protect the other party: payment and rent records, signed tenancy agreements, caution-fee records and condition reports — kept only as long as the law and accounting rules require (normally up to 6 years) — and repair history that belongs to the landlord's property record. These are kept without your sign-in and are no longer used to contact you. |
